Apologies for the very slow reply. Do you have a redirect setup on this page mobile.thesilverstick.com/buy-2 to the desktop site? I see that page is redirecting to desktop when viewing mobile but if equivalent mobile redirect plugin is not installed on your mobile site mobile.thesilverstick.com/buy-2 (which it shouldn’t be) I’m not sure how that could be happening…

Apologies for the very late reply. The plugin was updated tonight, however, I tested it prior to updating and cannot replicate that issue. My guess is that it was some kind of conflict with another plugin or theme…

I wonder if its one of the other redirect plugins conflicting….

hmmm if I add <a href="https://example.com/?view_full_site=true">View Full Site</a> to the footer of the mobile site it does redirect me back to the full site correctly. The “example.com” should be your desktop site and you should be adding the link on your mobile site.

If that is all correct do you have have a caching plugin running?

Version 2.1 allows to choose whether you want to redirect tablets as mobile or not. After upgrading you can set whether you want tablets to be redirected in Settings -> EMR Settings.

Hi, you need to use a caching plugin that lets you build separate caches for the different user groups (desktop, mobile). Otherwise if you don’t what happens is your cache is rebuilt when a visitor hits your site every so many hours or days, if the visitor is mobile than the mobile redirect will work but if the cache gets rebuilt when a desktop visitor visits the site than the mobile redirect wont work because its not recognized in the cache. Hope that makes sense.

Yes you need a post/page type for the metabox to show and to enter the URL. Most up to date themes no longer use an options page to build the homepage so I do not plan on adding an extra option for that at this time sorry.

Hi, there no longer is the option to not redirect tablets, you could remove the tablet user agents from the mobile device list file in the plugin, or in about a week or so I might release a premium version with the option built in.
