Hi @dcooney, thanks for the quick reply. My first guess was CSS, but I’m afraid that isn’t helping – after looking at the Masonry doc, it’s set in the jQuery somewhere. So say there are 3 columns, I can put a width of 25% or less in CSS and I’ll still have 3 columns.

I guess I’ll have to dig a little deeper with the JS, see if I can override it somehow (I assume Masonry is being called from a CDN?).

Do you think this might be something you’d consider as a setting in the future?

Just an update: this is related to the clear button. I had the clear button as not displayed as it’s ugly and I don’t know why options available can’t be changed without having to use that button. Guess it’s got to be used.

Also, there’s still the issue of some products not displaying. There could be 80-odd items, but it only displays 40-odd.

I’ve been racking my brains on this one and just cannot figure it out. I even tried order="asc" last night, and it WORKED!! However, it’s stopped working this afternoon. It’s like, it sometimes works, then it just gives up.

I have tried to remove that and no luck I’m afraid. However, I have stripped the whole thing back, and managed to get it to work to an extent:

However, I think order="ASC" combined with orderby="menu_order" is causing the issue. As soon as I try this, it throws it out. Even if it’s just orderby="menu_order" and order, with nothing else. However, using orderby="title" for example, along with order, works fine.

Hi there, thanks for the response.

Actually what it is, we’re web designers and host many WordPress installs. So what we’re doing now is gradually going through every WordPress install and changing all forms over to SMTP mail.

I’ve since figured out that I can create new Client IDs for each website so all seems good and works as required.

A quick update, I looked over the documentation again, got the pagination working, thank you.

The shortcode above caused some issues. At first I thought it was the apostrophes, as the shortcode wraps using apostrophes. In the end I stripped out the quote marks and apostrophes and got it working.
