Thanks. I increased the memory allocated to 96M. The dashboard and design sections load now. However, it takes almost a minute to see the dashboard when loggging in. Chug chug chug.

I just finished re-uploading the installation in case something got fudged during the first upload. Still seeing the error.

There’s a bunch of themes loaded, almost 1500 themes that have been uploaded by members. I wonder if 2.5 is trying to list all the themes and choking. This wasn’t a problem in 2.3.

Okay. Figured out how to do this. Just delete the Theme Name: line in the stylesheet and then it loads by directory. Seems to load a lot faster too.

Albums by web designer has been added. There is a tag cloud in the web layout gallery that displays a list of members who have added the most themes. Also, you can visit any member’s album from the link below the themes listed in the gallery. A bunch more upgrades coming soon.

I’m using Theme Switcher version 5

I have a lot of themes on https://themebot.com and use the URL based method to load live demos for the themes. It can take an extremely long time for the theme to be loaded. Version 5 of Theme Switcher hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. I’m wondering if there is a new version or an alternative that will load more quickly when using index.php?wptheme= to open themes or a similar method. If not, is there something that can be done to speed up the current version of Theme Switcher?

I have those options set. However, there are other plugins I’m using that require a user to be registered but don’t have an option for admin approval. Also, in terms of not having to deal with moderating comment spam etc., it would be much easier to have a registration setting that the admin must approve the new user before they can interact with the site.

I’ve added a system so that every user submitted theme counts for a vote for which open source platform will receive the majority of the year end donation made by ThemeBot. Currently it is 10% and hopefully that will increase as ThemeBot becomes more popular. Here are the details:
