Thanks that works well, however we have small issue with the product archive page, appreciate this is not directly linked to Mega Menu but has amendment to the breakpoint changed anything else?
On Repsonsive devices, in portrait view, on mouseover on one product it appears the selection is for the product directly below, all works fine on landscape responsive and Desktop.

Thanks, the Style.css file showed as 0px, appears it was a Cache issue. Anyway it has now updated and all is good

Ok, so we located the 3px vlaues in the underground theme folder – “style.css” file, however it has not solved the issue.

Thank you, we are just need to locate the file with the CSS custom code as the Tab in Mega Menu for Custom Styling does not display any coding on the 3px padding

The screenshot you sent with the “View Full Error Log” button does not appear on any of the three tabs in the “Settings” for Easy WP SMTP, is there another location in WP for the screenshot page.

We have now sorted this, there was an error in the sub-menu Column setting.

Thanks we have re-set the Panel width to 100% and that assists with the last column of the menu. The issue still remains with the “Fashion & Lifestyle” menu and the sub-menu “Clothing- Halmoon” and “Books & Prints” where the sub-menu categorys are some are displayed horizontally and others are listed vertically, all of course should be in vertical/column format.

We inserted the code for MINIMUM height into the Custom Styling section and changed the value to 800 and then 1200, it extends the height which is great, however the sub-menu items are still misaligned, how do reset/realign these. We have deleted some of those sub-menu items and re-keyed but this does not appear to work.

On the htaccess file, there is 5-6 lines of code, it does reference /news/index.php in several places.

Thanks, we did the following:
Changed the the theme to Twenty-Seventeen
Disabled all the Plugins
Re-tested Search, however still not working.

Downloaded Health Check and ran the Troubleshooting,both in the Fontfolio Theme and Twenty-Seventeen it detected the following in both:

1. PHP Server is 5.6.5 and ideally should be running 7.2

2. The loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.<br>Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

No other errors reported in the Troublshooting.
