Did not find any timeouts on my end.

This is a network issue between either you and your host.

This is not a plugin issue.

Trying doing a contious ping.

open up your command promp and type:

ping onlinedogcourses.com -t

Let me know what you get, as you can see below I do not timeout and do not have this problem:

I would delete the plugin folderr in your file manager. WP-Content/Plugins/captcha

The folder will be mostly called something like captcha-admin or maybe just captcha

Post a link to your site, I don’t understand what you mean.

You must login to your File Manager on your hosting provider and delete or rename the folder disable-comment as it is causing this error.

You installed this plugin.

Once you delete or rename it, the website will come back up again.

Contact your hosting provider to get the credentials if you don’t already have them.

No it will not. You’ll probably have better SEO with wordpress anyways if you use a good plugin and set it up correctly.
