This must be a joke and the solution is probably just too simple…ugh, help!!

I deleted .htaccess files (had only 1).
What’s the name of the php file in my FTP for custom permalinks? (might be a newbie question – sorry for that).

Nope didn’t do that, but now that I have, it’s showing me 20 rows of this (just different lines):
