edit which plugin code? I thought the idea was that you wouldn’t have to edit code. I’m confused. I activated this but don’t see anything. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Okay. Yes, my server host fixed the problem. Here is what they had to say:
Checked that the session.save path was set to /home/users/web/b1408/moo.circlesknitting/cgi-bin/tmp however there is no cgi-bin/tmp directory existing so I created the directory and now the site at https://circlesknitting.com/wp/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fcirclesknitting.com%2Fwp%2Fwp-admin%2Fadmin.php%3Fpage%3Deshop_about.php&reauth=1 is working fine. Please kindly check from your end.
