.page-id-968 .um-member-cover-e img {
height: 132px
}there’s a space between the number and .um-member, also between that and img. the omg should turn green if i remember correctly.
the page id is the page where you can see the directory.
Hi @joesutton
This is a UM bug. You can add the following CSS in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS
.page-id-insert your page id here .um-member-cover-e img {
height: 132px
}I am assuming your cover images are set up the same size as mine i.e. 132px. If not just enter the height of your images.
Hi all
I am experiencing issues with cover photos showing fullsize/not as expected in the directory. It’s not happening to all members though.
Anyone know is UM fixed this in the updated as mentioned before?
HI @mredodos
I mentioned conditional logic had stopped working a few weeks back after the recent update but got nothing back from UM apart from the standard conflict test response.
Using the latest version of UM with the UM theme. Was working fine until I updated UM a few days ago.
Having just experienced the same thing
Double check settings > email > and that there is a green tick next to “Account activation email”. If there isn’t, click the gear icon on the right to enable.
Is someone from UM able to take a look at this? I use the UM theme and plugin.
Troubleshoot
1) Try using incognito mode and see if the problem persists – could be caching problem
2) Check shortcodes are correct
3) Have you change any or the permalinks
4) Delete and recreate the page
You can create a register page that connects to different profile forms.
If you have created your roles (Student & Tutor) and profile forms, on the register form there will be a radio box for the two roles that will link to the two separate profiles.
You can using the built in page restrictions to hide/show the different profiles.
Have you also enabled the option on on the login and register form page? There should an option on the right hand side. The default option is set to not show.
An annoying feature of UM is having to set things 2-3 times in different places to get them to work.
Update: Noticed it is being caused by check box options. Didn’t spot it before as I had some side-by-side and they were aligned.
Just an FYI,
I was able to locate the information I needed to rebuild the forms by searching in phpmyadmin. It was a big chunk of text, but I was able to pick out all the information – inputted data, forms types, conditions etc – to rebuild as before.
thanks @mansurahamed. I don’t use the search box on my site as users need to be able to filter and find specific users. It would be great to see filter options based on profile inputs.
Update.
Checked and unchecked the ““Allow Gutenberg Blocks restriction options” with no luck. Switched to a different browser and now have everything working again.
Having the same issue since updating bot UM and Elementor. Have checked the instructions given above by @ultimatemembersupport but no luck. Will try rolling back upgrades for now.
