The reason I asked was exactly this: I thought it was *impossible* that no wordpress user had used that links till now!!! Maybe I have to redefine my concept of probability! ??

No, sorry. I mean just clicking on any post’s title, from the edit interface.
EG:
here is what is shown before the text of a post, in the edit interface:
2003/06/07 @ 15:30:35 [ 5 comments – Edit – Delete ]
CA by ultrotter (ultrotter), in Tech
CA, the title of my post, is a broken link.
