May I ask the reasons why it cannot be done this way? Is it the calculations? What is causing the issue?

It is a conference quotation form. I tried a lot of plugins for this, including the purchase of Gravity forms for the calculations, but none of them were what I was looking for. I have an HTML form with jacascript calculations, and then the submit POSTS the data to another page.

Everything was working 100% until recently when it started to give the error?
