@jacksina sharing WP credentials is against forum rules (I believe), and that’s just generally a very bad Security practice.

It’s hard to offer a definite explanation, as there are so many possible reasons for this. It could me down to your server’s e-mail sending capabilities. Try contacting your web host, and then the plugin’s developers.

This is down to the theme you selected. If you can’t find the option in the customize menu, contact the theme’s developer.

Firstly, the default WordPress homepage in the root directory is typically “index.php” not “index.html”. The problem is probably that you accidentally deleted the wrong file. It is, however, very difficult for us to help you because hosting environments vary.

The most likely cause for this is file permissions. Try temporarily setting the root directory’s permissions to 777 and see if that helps.

If that fails, try checking your installed plugins, they may be causing the issue.

If that doesn’t work, try contacting the theme’s developer.

I don’t really understand what you mean, but yes there would probably be a plugin for it. If you mean ‘having an artist section’ you can just add a page.

This is not an issue with WordPress. As you recognized, it’s an issue with your browser, and should not be posted in a WordPress forum.

@kevs23 if your theme doesn’t support it, there are probably many plugins that can do just that. Have a look.

Yes, what @jnashhawkins said is true. There are many, many different database environments which vary across web hosts. Your best bet is to contact your web host directly and ask them for help.

This issue is probably down to WordPress file permissions. Try setting the root directory to 777 (only temporarily) and see if it helps. If not, contact your web host. Note: It’s best to revert the directory permissions back to how they were after the plugin has installed for security.

As @bcworkz rightly said, you MAY be able to achieve this with plugins. However, the plugin itself would have to be synced across the two installations, so it’s PROBABLY possible, but if it is, it’ll be very difficult.

Apple touch devices are known to be very restricted, and there’s no way you’d be able to get a WordPress installation. To get it publicly accessible, your iPad would have to have

a) A static I.P. address, and
b) You’d need to be able to install web server software, such as Apache HTTP Server or Nginx,
c) You’d also need access to the internal file system. None of these are possible with a ‘stock’ Apple iPad. You COULD ‘jailbreak’ you iPad to achieve this functionality, but please don’t, look up why yourself…

You need to install it in your pi’s root directory.

If your theme was purchased from a 3rd party, try contacting the developers of that theme.
