I am so sorry to hear your issue with our plugin. Could you please remove this two file manually from your old site;
1. wp-content/themes/themeXXXXX/bootstrap/less/bootstrap.less.cache;
2. wp-content/themes/themeXXXXX/style.less.cache;
After exporting your backup, you can download .wpress exported backup file from wp-content/ai1wm-backups via FTP and then upload it to import.

Could you please re-export using our advanced option and mark it tick “do not replace email domain.” Then import your exported backup to your preferred site.

The plugin will export only the tables with the prefix of the wordpress it is installed onto.

I really appreciate your interest with our plugin and your suggestion. Regrettably, we export only the wordpress prefix and nothing else. You need our plugin on all of your wp sites and backup your preferred wp site.

Yes, after you migrate your website and you verify that it is working fine, you can delete the files from your root install. let me know if you need any help.
