Usually, if a plugin has problems when installing for me but working fine for others, I do not seek for help and wait for answers, I just delete it. A diagnose feature is to check if your plugin is suitable for that specific website. It diagnosed and showed that it is not. My site is in a good apache server, using elementor pro paid website with the lighest theme recommended, for years… By the way, I just started a trial period with Wp Rocket and it boosted all my sores to 98 on mobile, 100 on desktop, with just a few clicks. that is what I call a smooth plugin. I think I’ll stick for Wp Rocket. I’m aware that it is a premium paid plugin, but it worked so smooth and effectively that it made me feel that it is worth every penny. Thanks for reminding me to ask for support, I guess I should have thought of that and try to make it work for me with lots of effort to get coding support etc.

@rzepak Are you the developer or the lawyer of this plugin? Just courious… Obviously you’re not… Maybe you have a lot of time to abuse people giving one star to a plugin. It is none of your business right? So what’s your point dude? Does your abusive message above help with anything? The stars given help for sure, to motivate the developers to fix ixxues. Those stars can be changed any time. So why are you so pissed off with someone who gave one star? Who the f*k are you? My mail formatting is not working as well since the last update. I receive the emails from the contact form like a mess… <br> tags are not working and so on… No line breaks etc in the emails I receive through this contact form. It was working fine before… I wish they fix it soon. It has been quite a while and still no updates about this. So your only concern is the stars the users give?? Geez… If you are the developer, just spend your time fixing the issues. If you are not, just ignore the one star messages and spend your time getting a life. Don’t be a d*ck yourself.

I have v 2.5.10 but that spam message on each login is still there. And can not be closed. There isn’t even “hide banner” option. No option to close it or dismiss it! I haven’t written my evaluation review yet, but if you don’t fix it, I’ll give 1 star too. You shouldn’t force me to read that spam message in each login to the back end. Think about it; I have 20 plugins… What would happen to my admin panel if all other plugins as well puts forced spam messages like you in my admin panel? I would see 20 ads there just like yours, and couldn’t close or get rid of them. My admin panel would be a mess. You shouldn’t do this. Please fix it asap.

In my website;

1) What version of WordPress and the plugin are you using? (Version: 6.1)
2) When you enter the keys and click save, do you get any error or notification? In the screenshot we can only see the WordPress login page. (It works in the login page for “wp admin”, but doesn’t work when a user enters throught the login page for members on MOBILE PHONE only. It works on desktop. Mobile captcha doesn’t work only. The error message is: “Please solve Captcha correctly”.
3) What version of CAPTCHA are you trying to us? (Version 7.1.1)

I deactivated it because site members can’t enter their account through mobile phones.

Yes, Captcha does not work on my site too… It works on laptop (Chrome), but doesn’t work on Android mobile phones (Chrome also). I see the capcha, I check the box, but I get the message “Please solve Captcha correctly”. On the laptop, this doesn’t happen. It works. But in mobile phones, I get this error message even though I check the box and get a blue tick.

I’m using Wordfence for more than 10 years in my websites. And I’m using REST API. Had no problems with Wordfence within all these years. Just sayin.

…by the way, The post names list in the “Re-Order” section is not clickable, so I don’t know if those pages actually exist in my website or not. There are no such posts in my site with those names but I see those irrelevant post titles in the “Re-Order” section.

I am thinking of moving away from Avada as well. Speed is terrible. Lots of bloat. So what do you recommend? I am thinking of switching to “Themify Ultra” or “Elementor” or “Divi”. But I’m having hard time to decide which one I should invest. According to my investigations, I see that all three have advantages and disadvantages.

If I use “Themify”, I read that it would be hard to switch to another theme in the future if they stop developing it. It seems to be fast. But I have concerns about using third party plugins with it as well. I saw a review page saying that it is not compatible with many third party plugins.

And about Elementor, I see some critisizms as well… Elementor is said to make faster pages when compared to Divi. But while Divi has one time fee, Elementor needs a recurring payment every year. “Themify Ultra” seems to have the best speed… And it also has a recurring payment. I’m so confused. Any comments? Which theme should I switch from Avada to get the best speed and flexibility?

Actually I checked the link you sent in your reply and found out that it is not an easy-fix task for an amateur. It is a looong read… And a lot of coding directions etc. So I find it risky to mess with my site’s coding just to make your plugin work… By the way, the plugin caused some Css problems ian incompatibilities with some other fatal plugins in my site, so I decided to delete it completely. Thanks for the reply anyway.

I have moved on with another solution for it, like puting a code I found in internet to the functions.php file and this did the job. Thanks anyway.
