Having the same issue and found the same solution at PayPal as bmw2182. Venmo won’t be enabled by default, so Forminator not turning it off isn’t a way to have it show up. If I create a button and embed it on the same page, Venmo shows. But trying to use the form, it does not.
From the help page:
Enable Venmo as a funding source
Venmo isn’t displayed as a payment option in Checkout integrations by default. Add
enable-funding=venmo
as a query parameter to your JavaScript SDK<script>
to display Venmo as a payment option. If you have an existing vertical button stack, an additional Venmo button renders under the stack. Make sure you leave enough room on your page for the Venmo button.

In reply to: [PlanSo Forms] Required fields message missingThe solution recommended for this was to use the multipage option so the user was not required to scroll up to see the errors. But now that is no longer working.
Any updates on this? I am running into the same issue. I cannot replicate it though. I am able to post while logged, but others who actually need to use it get an internal server error when they try to submit. I am running the latest WordPress (4.4) and version of this plugin. It’s a very minimal, memorial site and this is pretty much the only feature on it.
