    Hey frasermarlow
    It is driving me crazy>
It is now working on an i-phone & Android.
I spent the afternoon making all the changes that were suggested. It did nothing to remedy the problem. I just finished putting everything back to the way it was before editing anything and now it works.
I am happy it is working>
I just would like to know why?

I will have the guys in the US try it tomorrow and verify it is still working.

    Hey there John Paul:
I found 4 files with the .htaccess extension.
If I renamed them with the .old one at a time – nothing really changes the site function. If I had any combination of two out of the four I got this message: “Not Found The requested URL /contact-mile-hi-mobile-concrete/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

I am sure this is something simple to fix, I guess I just do not have the training needed to find the problem.

    Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you for the information John-Paul.
Where do I find this htaccess file, is it in WordPress?
If so where do I find it? I see where to edit pages, appearance, plugins, etc (basically everything listed in the left column on the dashboard page.
Or is it on the Hosting server?

    Hello Nisha,
I am not trying to be a dunce about this.
DO I find the code you have listed on my WordPress account in the CSS files for the theme?
Or is would it be on one of the pages for my website?
Or is it on the hosting provider’s website somewhere?

I feel like a class 1 student taking an advanced calculus exam right now.

    Suparna,
I do not know if the hosting site for our domain has the feature you are talking about. I visited the administration portion of our account online there and could not find where I could make a local copy of the website or how the WordPress site is connected to it.

Nisha – I have just used plugins as this type of work is not what I have experience in. I had hired someone to set up the website last year. One of the employees gained access to the site a few months ago and made changes; now I am attempting to get it working properly again.

    One other thing on this.
when you search for milehimobileconcrete.com it gets redirected to
mobile.milehimobileconcrete.com – which I am sure is correct
however at the bottom of the white screen (page) there is a logo from another company with a different url – searchlabel.com
below that is the privacy policy for that domain.
Is there something askew in WordPress causing this?

Thank you James I appreciate the assistance.
To be honest I have never done this type of work before.
So what you are saying is pretty much Greek to me.

The owner of the company I used to work for contacted me and asked if I could make some changes to the website and his advertising campaign.
I had hired a contractor to set up the website last year.
I have since moved to India; after I left the company, one of the employees apparently got into the website and made some changes.
Now I (and everyone else involved) are locked out of the website.

I am attempting to communicate with the contractor we used> I was able to get the access reset for the web Hosting company we used. I sent that information to the contractor and have not heard anything back.

I am leary about going into things and making changes that are other than basic content changes, as the site is functional at this time and I do not want to do something to make it inactive.
