I just installed this plugin for the first time on WP 3.9.2 and am having the same problem. The bottom of the gifts_email page just shows ERROR.

I’ve tried it on two different WP sites and having the same problem. I did get it to work consistently with one email address in the shortcode on one server – which I can’t explain and shows that it can work in certain situations.

Any ideas? Would really like to get this survey working!
