In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast SEO Breaks Post Editor/WidgetsI’ve found a conflict with Google Analytics Dashboard (GADWP). Both are pretty integral, and considering that plugin was updated recently I think the issue might stem from there. Will await potential pointers here but also going to advise the other plugin.
I’m not sure I have renamed it, I just deactivated it through the WordPress plugin within the plugin tab within my WordPress dashboard. So rename Wordfence’s current folder to anything and then reinstall Wordfence fresh from the plugin tab and it should carry over those files it finds in the database?

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Posting Causing Errors After Latest UpdateThe only thing that’s confirming the issue is deactivating Yoast. None of the adjusted plugins resolved the issue. However, after deactivating and reactivating SEO it appeared to fix the issue for a few days. After another plugin updated today, it resumed doing so. Again, deactivating ONLY Yoast SEO and reactivating has solved the issue for the time being. So the error seems to be deriving solely within Yoast SEO.
Absolutely I will do that for you guys! I’ll resolve this for now and hope you can pin point the issue I saw so nobody else sees it live.
So real quick before I do any of that, thank you for responding, but I got an update to 4.2 today and have since seen nothing on an official release of 4.2. I deleted Jetpack and reinstalled it (to surprise 4.1.1 was the default version) and it seems to have fixed almost all of the issues. Can I still see the debug of all those actions since I have already deleted, reinstalled? Now I’m worried I received a malicious update through Jetpack. Should I still be proceeding in these steps?

In reply to: [Getty Images] featured imageThis is an old thread, but I’ve been living under a rock and just found out about the whole Getty Images Embedded thing, which is amazing for the smaller budgeted sites that aren’t pulling in the big bucks. That said is there any plan to allow these embedded images to be used as featured images? With how amazingly WordPress and Getty Images have worked together to make this plugin, it seems that it would only make sense to find a way to use these images as featured images? If people are using them within posts, why wouldn’t you want them to be able to use those images for thumbnails and other featured image functions? So I was just curious if that was on the “to do list”?
Oh gotcha cool. Thank you!
Should we be the ones who change that? Or is that what the update is going to be doing? Sorry, I just haven’t noticed it working.

In reply to: Page Loading And Then Going BlankSo our theme file. Should I be replacing the former with the latter? I am not familiar with the term enqueuing.

In reply to: Page Loading And Then Going BlankAnd without changing anything it has continued to load properly. I had tried on multiple computers and devices. Any idea what could be causing this?

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] FACEBOOK doesn't dipslay RIGHT TITLES AND META for some pagesBeen getting the same issue for the past week out of nowhere. Had been reading that some people had found this plugin to be the culprit but no work around to remain using this.
Oh awesome! Thanks for the response! Keep up the good work with it, been loving this plugin.
And for those looking to find the solution on Google Analytics themselves, they’re acting like the Custom Dimensions are so simple to implement when really they’re not. This plugin had the right idea in the simple fact that it was as easy as changing a few options in settings. Google ripped that out from under its users for a lengthier setup that can come with a handful of errors if implemented incorrectly. God speed Yoast on getting that Premium Plugin finished, I don’t care that it will no longer be free, I just don’t have the time to deal with setting it up and will gladly pay to have that convenience returned.

In reply to: WordPress No Longer Sending Email NotificationsWhile talking to my hosting partners they are verifying that it is indeed something in the new update, and he is trying to pin point what. If found, as a volunteer, do you have any authority to run an existing problem up the ladder or is WordPress just going to ignore a blatant error.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: WordPress No Longer Sending Email NotificationsI understand you’re volunteers but that’s because WordPress doesn’t have a single person willing to help resolve issues, I have not filed a bug report, but will be doing so. I am not paying a professional to fix something that worked up until an auto update from WordPress derailed my site functions. I am even chatting with my Hosting professionals, and they have no idea why the email from the site is not working, so obviously something went wrong somewhere in the course of the update because that is the only event around which the problems began.
