I downloaded this theme from the WordPress theme menu.

This applies to the free version too. This is a feature request, not support. It’s up to the vendor to decide what is a “PRO” feature. Thanks for the cookie cutter response.

If anyone knows how to add these features manually, please let me know.

Thank you Krishna. I did some more troubleshooting and found the problem to be the Wiki Lite plugin. Not sure why though…
