I am having the sam issue, but how do i fix this?

I have the same issue. Admin Panel displays as a tree.

I do have access to the database that WordPress is using. Is TablePress data in that database? I didn’t see it when I was looking in there. Where would I find the TablePress data?

Since common links span many of my tables, exporting CSVs would be even more time consuming that searching through WordPress site and editing tables manually.

How do I access the database?

I deactivated all the plugins on your list and the issue persists. I have no HTML in the HTML JS adder. I used to use that, but not anymore. I deactivated it.

I do not use SEO Slides. My plugins.

I am having a similar issue. When I try to create or edit a post it is on text, but when clicking visual it still shows text, but formatted odd.

I installed the WP Retina 2x plug-in to get this to work, but I think this should be something built into the theme.
