I have tried to replicate the issue but I was unable to reproduce it at our end. The rounding price is not getting applied when the setting is unchecked. You can see the screenshot here – https://prnt.sc/1rph308

I understood your problem. The thing is the WooCommerce will consider only Pending and Failed order status as Payable. It won’t consider the custom order status as Payable.
I think there is a hook in WooCommerce itself to make custom orders status payable.

Yes, I know that. You will have to use the below code for Custom Order Number instead of the code used for Order ID:
$custom_order_number = $order->get_order_number(); //where $order is an order object

Also, I would like to which payment method you used, and did you set the custom order status to be default status for the payment gateway in our plugin?

1. Can you share with us screenshots of the settings you have done in our plugin?
2. Did you receive the other duplicated order numbers on the last date of the month?
3. Have you set the reset counter?
4. Did you ever noticed any similarity between other duplicated order numbers and this order #8087?
5. What’s the action you performed between the time of orders 8814 & 8815 he received.- Did you deactivate our plugin at this time?
- Did you upgrade any plugins or theme on your site?
- Did you renumberate the orders?
- Did you enable or disable any setting?
Your help would be appreciated.
