In reply to: [Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce] Date disabled from the day we areHi @floresdolargo,
I’m Chetna, a supporting member from the Tyche team.I reviewed your video and agree that same-day delivery would have been unavailable after 1 PM. I observed in the video that the last delivery timeslot is from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and we block timeslots starting from their start time.
Hence, your last timeslot will be blocked at 1:00 PM. Once all timeslots are blocked, same-day delivery is no longer available. This is how the plugin operates.Would you like same-day delivery to be available until 8:00 PM? Additionally, would you prefer to block your other timeslots at the end of the timeslot instead of at the start time?

In reply to: [Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce] Not Appearing In CheckoutHi @hdtechlogic,
I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and thank you for reporting this issue.
The delivery fields from our plugin are not being appeared for WooCommerce Checkout Block page and that’s a bug which I am also able to replicate on my server too. The Field placement is working fine for Default WooCommerce Checkout page.
We will be reporting this to our development team and will provide you the fixed file as soon as we receive it from the team.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce] Incompatible plugin msg for HPOSHi Priyanks,
You should see Custom Order Numbers” tab under WooCommerce > Settings page.
Also, our plugin is compatible with HPOS. So, incompatibility messages shouldn’t be detected.
Could you please submit the ticket on our support tool with the screenshot so that we can more communicate on it?Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce] PHP Warning: Killed QueryHi @nplata,
Thank you for sharing the error message. It seems that the warning is related to a query generated within the file of your theme, rather than our plugin.
Can you confirm whether this warning is impacting the functionality of the plugin or any other aspects of your website? Understanding this will help us determine the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.Hi @sorceweb,
Yes, it could be a conflict issue. Can you please follow below steps to identify the conflicting plugin/theme so that will help us to find the root cause of the issue?- Deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and the Custom Order Status plugin.
- Please check if the issue is fixed.
- If yes, then you can start activating the plugins one by one and see which plugin conflicts with our plugin.
- If not, then can you please switch to the default WordPress theme and see if it helps fix the issue?
Please let me know the result. If the above does not help, can I request you to create a ticket on our support tool with the screenshots of the setup of our plugin? So that we can try to replicate the issue at our end.
Hi @gsgrago,
I apologize for the delay in response.
Could you confirm that the order still have the WooCommerce Order ID even after you publish the order from backend? Can you share the screenshots or the video of the issue so that we can assist you in a better way?
Also, can you tell me which version of our plugin you are using?Hi @wpclean,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
It appears that you may be using the PRO version of the Custom Order Number plugin, which includes additional features such as setting the width for order numbers. We only provide support for users of the free version through this forum.
If you are indeed using the PRO version, could you please submit a ticket through our support portal? This will ensure that your issue is addressed promptly by our dedicated support team.
In the meantime, I’ll attempt to replicate the issue on our end and will communicate further through the ticket you submit.
