In reply to: [Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce] Shipment tracking does not workHi @borja250,
I’ve checked on my end, but I’m unable to replicate the issue. To assist you better, could you please:
I’d like to confirm first whether you have added [woocommerce_order_tracking] shortcode on the page to track the order? Could you please share a screenshot of how you’ve set up the plugin, particularly the order tracking settings?
You can also email this information to our support team at [[email protected]] so that we can more communicate on it.Looking forward to your response!

In reply to: Maximum Product delivery by calandar dateHi @volbster,
Thank you for your question. And, thank you, @drhafizadnan , for sharing helpful insights.
Yes, the Order Delivery Date Pro for WooCommerce plugin does indeed provide the functionality you’re looking for. It allows you to set specific daily limits for products quantities.
For instance, you can set a daily limit of 10 boxes of donuts for a specific date or all dates.
If a customer tries to order 4 boxes but the total scheduled for that date exceeds the limit, the plugin will show a message prompting them to choose another date.I’d recommend checking the documentation for the reference: https://www.tychesoftwares.com/docs/woocommerce-order-delivery-date-pro-new/settings-tab/set-the-maximum-number-of-deliveries-per-order/
Let me know if you have more questions!

In reply to: [Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce] Skipped numbers in ordersHi @furby100,
Yes, we updated the logic for order number creation based on feedback from other clients who preferred having a custom order number generated at the start of the order process, similar to WooCommerce’s default behavior. This helped to avoid situations where emails were sent with WooCommerce’s native order numbers rather than the custom order numbers.
To better understand your needs, could you please share a screenshot of the expected order number behavior in WPML? This will help us explore a possible option to configure the order number logic to match your workflow.
Thank you, and please let us know if there’s anything else you’d like us to consider.

In reply to: [Custom Order Status for WooCommerce] Renumerate functionHi @modelar7,
After several attempts, we haven’t been able to replicate the exact issue on our end. Could you please share the link to the WooCommerce Customer/Order/Coupon Export/Import plugin you’re using? Additionally, if possible, could you provide the exact error message displayed during the renumbering process? This will help us pinpoint the problem more accurately.Currently, the orders should not renumber automatically upon plugin activation. However, as a temporary solution, you can set the Custom Order Numbers feature to apply to new orders only. You can do this by adjusting the “Select orders to apply new settings to ” settings under Order Number Settings in the plugin.
Also, we’re not using a Cron job to handle the Renumerate Orders function. I’ll continue attempting to replicate the issue and will check the code to see if there’s a way to address it on our end.
If there’s any other information you can provide!

In reply to: [Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce] Seems to be incompatible with HPOSHi @cutu234,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We’re sorry to hear that you experienced issues after switching to HPOS. I’ll definitely investigate our plugin with HPOS to ensure such issues are resolved. However, We have made our plugin compatible with HPOS. Could you please check if there were any errors in the debug log file or in the WooCommerce debug log when the issue occurred? If you have any, sharing those would help us investigate further.
Additionally, if possible, could you share a screenshot of the plugin setup? This would help us better understand the configuration and replicate the issue on our end.
Your help would be greatly appreciated, and we’ll make sure to dive deeper into this to avoid any future issues.
