In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form not going to PayPalOk, that link *finally* loaded (after hitting refresh about 5 times).
It didn’t really solve my problem – although I stumbled on a fix (at least for me). In the Contact Form PayPal & Stripe settings (under “other”) I changed the “Redirect Method” back to “1”.
Now it works.

In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] Can’t check outIf you set the price to $0.00001, PayPal will process it.
Yeah, I know, it’s a stupid trick. But it worked last time I tried it.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] allow price to be zeroThe problem is with PayPal – if the total amount is $0, PayPal won’t even open correctly.
I have tried to do something similar (basically, offer a coupon, which could drop the price to $0). What is needed in the plugin is for it to detect a $0 price, and simply send the email without trying to go to PayPal at all.
Is there documentation that shows an example of how this works (in the Pro Version)?

In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] How can I tell when a coupon code is used?Ok, so a person must be logged into the wordpress admin panel in order to get that information. I was kind of hoping there was a way for the notification to get emailed to an address (the person doing the event registration does not have an account to the website directly).

In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] Coupon Code – fixed amount rather than %Never mind – if I don’t use the % sign, it IS a fixed amount. I should have tried before asking…
Well crap – my testing was wrong. It does NOT do it this way; it ALWAYS does a percentage. So… My question remains – how can I get the discount to be a fixed amount?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] No SupportHmm. I purchased the Pro version last week and almost immeadiately had a question.
I recieved an answer before the day was over. I would call that pretty damn GREAT support…

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] email “other text” from Dropdown menuPerfect! Thanks.
It occurs to me that my question is about Contact Form 7 itself – not the paypal addon. Reposted to the correct forum…
