Hi,

I disabled the CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension plugin and the tab appeared, so I guess there is a conflict between these two plugins. I don’t know if this is also the reason for missing random entries in the spreadsheet. Please advise how to solve this issue(s).

Hi, I have the same issue with my installation. The tabs disappeared and I noticed that not all form entries appeared in the Google Sheets. Out of 5 entries, 1 is missing, on average (I confirm these by the CF database). Any updates from the developers?

I followed the instructions but no debugging log was created in the folder.

In the meantime, I found out that I have the same exact problem on another website: https://iep.mk/

Also, tried with the debugging and no errors were showed/written with this website too.

I went through every step from the guide but no luck, I still end up in the same situation. I’m afraid I’ll have to move to another form plugin.

Hi @methnen,

You were right about this. That caused the problem, I have moved the jquery call to the header and the charts showed up.

One thing tho, I don’t know what moved the jQuery call to the footer in the first place. It’s not the theme, it’s not the plugins..
