In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Follow up “Internal server traffic”We switched back to the original thread. @studiolonga there is also a potential workaround for the issue.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Internal server trafficHi, sorry – I switched to the other thread, but are now back here.
I think I found the reason – its the AVADA CSS compiler. Once I activate it to combine 3rd party CSS as well, it breaks. Strange, are it seems that AVADA is providing The Events Calendar. Maybe you could both look into it? I was able to get it to work again, when I disabled 3rd party CSS compiler (which would be nice if it worked).

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Internal server trafficHi @d0153 the strange part is, that the GET requests are hundreds within one second and originate from the own internal IP – not from an external one. It crashs our site, which is otherwise well sized with 3GB. but shortly after such a burst of GET calls site may go down.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Server overload, self-referring requestsActually we are experiencing the same currently. Many hits from internally to the Events Calendar plugin. It is not a reverse proxy issue.

In reply to: [EU Cookie Law for GDPR/CCPA] new cookie law requirement YES/NO selectionJust as an alternative… we found https://borlabs.io/borlabs-cookie/ to be very reliable and customizable. We had less trouble with scripts belonging to our homepage and stopped working before.

In reply to: [EU Cookie Law for GDPR/CCPA] Problema con [cookie-control]Looks like its also not working for https://www.sanpellegrinoterme.gov.it/
At least after revoking consent, its not autoblocking scripts again. As soon as I move away from the Cookie information site, it seems to enable the consent automatically. Status says: “I Cookie sono abilitati” – Cookies activated?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [EU Cookie Law for GDPR/CCPA] Problema con [cookie-control]I just read the translation – it looks like this problem is still not fixed? I had also problems revoking the acceptance.

In reply to: [MultilingualPress] Is it now possible to link *existing* pages together?I did set the WP_DEBUG_LOG to true. No log created. I try to get ahold of the PHP logs.
However: I now know that the problem is related to with “Fusion Core” plugin of the popular “Avada” Theme by ThemeFusion. Who do I report the bug to?
As a workaround I can now disable “Fusion Plugin” for the moment I want to link pages. However, this always leads to the page looking weired for this time.

In reply to: [MultilingualPress] Is it now possible to link *existing* pages together?Strange enough, other Ajax based interfaces in WP work – e.g. media center. WP debug didn’t show any more clues.
I enabled WP_DEBUG and set it to write a file (display didn’t show anything). However – a debug.log was not created in wp-content. Strange?
