i’ve got it resolved i dont know what happened.. seems to be a combination of things between elementor and shopengine … wish i could give a better answer to help anyone out but.. i dont know what magic combinatino of things i did that finally fixed it sorry. but this can be closed out.

update, it looks like maybe the text is there its just super small

i was able to increase the size of the error message, but can’t seem to find the css to increase the size of the state dropdown….

Why this changed, or where in elementor, I have no idea! it’s not any custom CSS i have set either…

also i tried rolling back the elementor version, tried a newer / older version of WP itself.

Unfortunately I don’t know when exactly it happened as there’s not a ton of sales, anytime after april 28.

id like the front eend to show it that way if possible, as well as the email, FYI.

fix above worked for me adding to functions.php

it should be at the top of the page (underneath the “shop now”) the whole look of the page is off due to the IG feed not loading..you can see the “loading” underneath.

any follow up on this? is there still a known issue? One site is not working, the rest seem to be fine, I cannot figure out how to get the other site working still.

So coming back to this thread, the issue is back. It started working after the last update, and it’s still working on a few other pages I’m using the plugin on, however I have 1 site it will not work on.

Are there issues that I should wait for an update? Or at this point should I just remove this plugin from the site and find another solution? It messes up the whole look of my site when it doesn’t load the IG images.. so I really cant afford to keep having this happen.

If you’re aware of an issue I’ll wait for a fix, but if no known issues I think i need to remove it unfortunately.

I’ve tried clearing cache from the plugin settings. No other changes were made to the site. I did try updating WP and other plugins to see if it fixed it, it did not.

nvm updated it and it seems to be working on one of my sites, not the other.. so will troubleshoot on that site. thanks

yeah im just going to stick w/ 2016 its similar enough and just start making changes to get it close to what it was before… just didnt want to put that kind of time into it. ugh.. oh well. this can be closed out i guess.

also noticed the option table does not display on that theme. i really need to stick w/ that theme if i can.. but i have no idea why its causing problems ??

just tried changing themes and, it works with a different them. only seems to be an issue with the twentyseventeen theme… hmmm
