a) Yeah the set up has been completed successfully to my knowledge, and we have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the site and facebook with the plugin a few times
b) Again I believe so but I will need to check with the owner on that. I can search for a go to the main facebook page for Kiss and Stitch so I believe it should be published, there just isn’t a shop option in the menu towards the top of the business page.

Ah. I see i’ve been thinking this worked the wrong way the whole time. I now see the reset button after actually filtering the products.
Before I was thinking it would appear once any selection other than the default was selected.

That’s really odd that it’s showing up for you. When I make selections it still does not appear. I don’t even see it’s HTML code when inspecting element in chrome.

It now appears that one of our forms has been sending entry content in the emails successfully but there are still a couple of issues:
1. The email that does send contains information for every form field even though only specific fields are selected
2. I have tried configuring another email report for another one of our forms but that email does not contain any data even though there are entries from the previous day

I have another update. I am able to configure the export settings with gravity view disabled, re enable it, and the settings are still saved.
However, even though the email sends successfully the attached file does not have any form data inside it. I tested the data with gravityview still disabled as well to see if it was another conflict but the file was still empty.
It should contain 3 entries that I entered as tests earlier today.

After doing a little bit more troubleshooting it appears there’s a conflict with the GravityView plugin, once i deactivate the gravityview plugin, the autoExport options appear in the form settings. And then once i reactivate it, they disappear again.

Could this be due to the fact that we are using the free version of this plugin?
Is there anyway to remove those categories from showing?We have tried just setting the category div to display: none, but if we do that, on mobile devices the first product appears aligned to the right instead of the left due to the space used by the categories in the unordered list.
Any help or information is appreciated
