The problem is that NO EVENTS are generated (neither “JoinChat” nor “generated_lead”).

My GA4 script is inserted in the HTML “head” by “SOGO Add Script Header Footer” plugin. Could be that your module is not recognising that GA4 is present? I’ve read about the plugin have to recognise if the GA4 script is present to generate the event.

I’m having the same problem, not receiving the Joinchat event in GA4.

• Last verison of WordPress, 6.3.2
• OceanWP theme
• It happens with both Elementor and native pages
• Tested with my cache plugin (W3 Total Cache) disabled, but I neither don’t receive the event

When I disable the “Plugin Organizer” module, and I send a form at the contact form URL, the “form sent” message is shown, but the “thanks” URL is not loaded as I would like.

I’ve tested deactivating plugin W3Total Cache and then works ok.

After I’ve tried to reactivate the cache plugin, and deactivating and returning to activate the “no block and to use async for JS minification” now returns to work ok.

I’ll wait a days to watch what happens…

On monday feed generated ok… but yesterday newly lots of products have not included.
