If you are following this steps and the template is not working for you, please run a compatibility test.
- Deactivate all plugins.
- Switch to a default WordPress theme.
- Check if the issue persists.
- Reactivate plugins one by one, testing after each activation.
- Identify the conflicting plugin or theme.
- Resolve the conflict by contacting plugin/theme developers or finding alternatives.
If the problem persists, please send system information from here, and we will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

I understand your concern, but in our ShopEngine Compare module, we have ”Title, description, availability, weight, height, and dimension,” (Video). But in your compare template, it shows ‘Ram, processor, availability, weight’. Its not clear to me.
To better understand the issue and provide an effective solution, could you please share the steps to reproduce this error? If possible, please share a screencast. This will help us replicate the problem on our end and identify the root cause.

To conduct a WordPress environmental conflict test:
- Deactivate all plugins except Elementor, Elementskit, and TablePress.
- Switch to a default WordPress theme, 2020, or Hello Elementor. Check if the issue persists.
- Reactivate plugins one by one, testing after each activation. Identify the conflicting plugin or theme.
- Resolve the conflict by contacting plugin/theme developers or finding alternatives.
This process helps pinpoint the source of the issue and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Firstly Clear all the cache from your website, including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (e.g., Cloudflare), and make sure you are using elementor and Elementskit’s latest version.
Also, make sure you are using the ‘TablePress plugin by Tobias B?thge’. I have checked it, and after creating a table, the ElementsKit TablePress widget’s select table’ function was showing the table and inserting it perfectly. This video will help you understand.

If you still face the problem, there might be other issues that are causing it. Here are some suggestions to make sure this feature works without any trouble:
- SMTP configuration: This is the most important part. You should make sure that the SMTP configuration on your site is working.
- Invalid Email: This could also be caused by adding an invalid email account in the notification settings. Please make sure the email address(es) you have added are valid.
- Store Entries Option: Please keep the Store Entries option enabled. We recommend keeping that option always enabled because this function is required for “confirmation,” “notification,” and other functionalities to work. Please see the screenshot (https://d.pr/i/ELI9s6) to be clear about where to find it.
- Cache: Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website, including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (e.g., Cloudflare). Also, try disabling the cache/optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.

Your inquiry indicates that there is a problem with the Euro Icon Fox currency switcher plugin. I tested it in our development environment, and everything functions flawlessly. Could you please verify that the problem is not creating environmental conflict?
You can determine that any other plugins are the source of the problem; please disable all other plugins save WooCommerce, Elementor, ShopEngine, and FOX-Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce to see if the problem still occurs. Proceed to check the issue and activate each plugin individually if that resolves your issue. You will be able to identify which one is the source of the issue in this way.
If you cannot detect the source of the problem, you can deactivate the ShopEngine plugin and check if the issue persists or not.
