In reply to: [ElementsKit Elementor addons] Elementskit conflict with Gravity FormsHi colbi,
Thanks for reaching out to us. My apologies for the delay. Upon analysis, it seems the issue stems from the ‘Gravity Forms’ plugin, a premium plugin. I recommend contacting their support team for assistance in resolving the problem. I also tested it with the previous plugin version, 2.8.6, and it functioned flawlessly.
However, if the issue persists despite Gravity Forms’ efforts, please inform us. We’re committed to thoroughly investigating the matter and resolving it. Your patience and cooperation are greatly valued. We’d be happy to assist.

Hi Stefano,
Thanks for reaching out to us. It appears that the issue you’re experiencing with the date picker on mobile devices may be related to a CSS conflict or an issue with the index. However, upon reviewing our end, we haven’t identified any errors or issues with the date picker widget on mobile devices (video).
To further investigate and resolve the issue, I recommend the following steps:
- Check for any custom CSS or JavaScript conflicts on your website that might be affecting the datepicker’s behavior on mobile devices.
- Ensure that your website’s theme and plugins are up-to-date.
- Perform a conflict test by temporarily deactivating other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme to see if the issue persists.
If the issue persists after performing these steps, please feel free to provide more details or your form link, and we’ll do our best to assist you further.
Best regards

Hello zedomingues?,
I hope you’re doing well. I apologize for the delay. Based on our analysis, it seems that the issue is related to the ‘YITH Custom Thank You Page for WooCommerce Premium’ plugin, which is a premium plugin. I recommend reaching out to their support team for assistance in resolving the problem.

Hello chtoller,
Thank you for the update. I’ve checked your website, and it seems that the issue with the “Read more” button’s permalinks has been successfully resolved after updating to ElementsKit 3.0.6. (video).
If you’re still experiencing the problem on your end, it’s possible that it’s due to a caching issue. In such cases, clearing the cache on their website, including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN caches, should help resolve the issue.
If you continue to experience difficulties, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

IkbalHi zedomingues,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m trying to reproduce the checkout page and the Yith custom thank-you page issue, but it worked fine.
I would request that you run a conflict test to find the actual cause of the issue.
Reset Permalinks: Follow this video to reset permalinks by selecting a random structure, saving, then selecting the previous link and saving again.
Theme Conflict: Switch to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor. If the issue persists, it may be related to the theme.
Plugin Conflict: Deactivate all plugins except Elementor, ShopEngine, and the YITH Custom Thank You Page plugin. Activate them one by one to identify any causing conflicts.
If you do not find any errors, please provide information on how you reproduced the feature on your website. We’ll try to deeply inspect and find the cause. Also, please share your system information from Dashboard > Elementor > System Info.
We are looking forward to your response. We’d like to help.
Regards

Hi,
I hope you are doing fine. In Metform, the fill color of the stars changes after giving a rating in the rating field. But the issue you are facing needs to be checked; if possible, share your form link.We’d be happy to help
Regards
IkbalHi prabhu,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Metform rating icons depend on Font Awesome icons. There may be any CSS files missing or environmental conflicts with other tools you are using. Below, I am sharing those codes. Just copy and paste to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
.fa, .far, .fas {
font-family: “Font Awesome 5 Free” !important;
}
Let us know your update if the issue is resolved. We’d be happy to help.
Regards
Ikbal
