In reply to: [ElementsKit Elementor addons] Header not workingHello itsmigue,
Thank you for reaching out! To help you resolve the issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clear Cache: Clear all cache from your website, including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (e.g., Cloudflare). If you use a Cache/Optimization plugin, try disabling it temporarily.
- Regenerate CSS: Regenerate the CSS and sync the library using this link.
- Reset Permalinks: Reset your permalinks by selecting a random structure, saving it, and then reverting to your previous structure.
- Update Everything: Ensure Elementor, Elementor Pro, ElementsKit Lite, your theme, and all other plugins are updated to their latest versions.
- Conflict Test: Switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty or Hello Elementor and deactivate all plugins except Elementor and ElementsKit. Reactivate plugins one by one to identify any conflicts.
Let us know if this resolves the issue!
Best regards,
IkbalHi jianping cheng,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I sincerely apologize for the delayed response.
I have checked the latest versions of Rank Math and ShopEngine, and everything works flawlessly in our environment. (Video). The issue you are experiencing seems to be specific to your setup. A 500 error in the Elementor editor page often occurs due to server limitations. Please refer to the link from Elementor, Here’s an explanation of the 500 error.
Now, Please make sure the below configurations match your site health system:
- PHP time limit: 300
- PHP memory limit: 512M
After making these changes, please check if the issue is resolved. If not, please provide a detailed demonstration video of the steps you are following. This will help us replicate the issue in our testing environment.
Best regards,
IkbalHi jianping cheng,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I apologize for the delayed response.
In our development environment, the ShopEngine Cart template is working perfectly. Please refer to the video. Could you please check if your page layout is set to ‘Elementor Full Width‘? If it is set correctly but the issue still persists, I recommend conducting a conflict test to determine if the issue is due to an environmental conflict.
To perform a conflict test:
- Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, Elementor, and ShopEngine.
- Reactivate the plugins one by one.
- Change the theme to the default Twenty Twenty or Hello Elementor and check if the issue is resolved.
Additionally, ShopEngine offers prebuilt templates that you can select and edit. This might help you resolve the issue more efficiently.
Regarding your question about the Discount Rules plugin, it should work with our shopping cart widget without any issues. However, if you encounter any problems, please share the details of the discount plugin you are using. I’ll check it and try to provide a solution more quickly.
Regards

We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve found ElementsKit to be a feature-rich and powerful tool for your WordPress needs. We always strive to deliver a product that enhances the user experience and offers extensive customization options.
Regarding your points:
Feature-Rich Nature: We’re glad you appreciate the wide range of functionalities that ElementsKit offers. While many advanced widgets and features are part of the paid subscription,. Additionally, the free version includes numerous templates and features that can significantly enhance your website without any cost. For more details, we recommend checking out our plugin help desk.
Complexity for Beginners: We understand that the widget creation process can seem technical, especially for beginners. However, ElementsKit is designed to cater to a wide range of users, from beginners to advanced developers. While Elementor and ElementsKit offer no-code solutions for most users, the widget creation feature is primarily aimed at developers who want to create highly customized widgets. For most users, the extensive collection of pre-built widgets and templates requires no coding knowledge and can be easily implemented.
Third-Party Integrations: ElementsKit currently supports integration with 11 platforms, with Mailchimp being available in the free version. We understand that the limited number of free integrations might be a concern for some users. However, due to WordPress policies, we are unable to discuss the specifics of our premium features here. We continually work on expanding our integration capabilities and appreciate your feedback on this matter. If you have specific integration needs, we encourage you to share them with our team so we can consider them for future updates.
Your suggestion about offering API capabilities to free subscribers is noted and will be shared with our respective team. We believe that allowing free users to integrate essential third-party services could indeed be a valuable addition and enhance the overall flexibility of our plugin.
