For configuring WP Mail SMTP with o2switch, use the following settings:
- SMTP Host: Typically
mail.yourdomain.com
ormail.o2switch.net
- Port:
465
for SSL or587
for TLS - Encryption: Choose SSL or TLS
- Authentication: Enable and use your full email address and password created in cPanel
Ensure the “From Email” matches the authenticated email address. If one domain is hosted at OVH, verify that MX and DNS records are correctly set to o2switch mail servers.
If the issue persists, check your credentials, ensure the mailbox is active, and verify with o2switch support for further assistance.
