We build lessons page using React.js that’s why Shortcode will be not work perfectly.
Which plugin Shortcode are you want to use. please share that details. we will try to add integration with our LMS.

We used custom db table for store lesson data. It will never slow main query, that’s why we used custom db table.
We will add duplicate lessons, course, quizzes and import/export features very soon.
