Hi @digisahil1, My sincere apologies for the delayed response.I am really sorry to hear about the issue you are facing. Well, as you already noticed that a new page is opening fine with Essential Addons, so the template might be the reason here. Save template feature is from elementor. The error log message is also indicating that the error is generating from elementor. https://prnt.sc/rx9rms

Hi @garthbpos, Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please check if you are using the latest version or not ! Make sure that you are using FREE [3.9.1] and PRO [3.6.2] both the latest version.
Also check once after clear cache, to regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pvozsx
Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools as well. Then, check back.
If you are using caching plugin, you need to purge the cache from your plugin option.

I think you are saving the whole page instead of saving the specific section with product grid. Please follow the steps again. At first take a section and drag EA product grid inside the section. Right click of your mouse and select edit product grid and do your necessary customization that i have showed you in the video. And then save the section as a template. Make sure Edit product grid option open in left panel while saving as a template. Hopefully it will fix the issue.

I guess you are using save templates option in EA Advanced tab. Okay no problem, let me describe the whole process again.
Step 1 : Create a section with your products and make sure products are showing in two columns in mobile view.
Step 2: Save the section as a template, give it a name.
Step 3: Call the save template from EA Advanced tab.

I assume you have already tried regenerating assets from Essential Addons -> Tools and cleared cache (if you are using any Caching plugin)? Also cleared the cache by refreshing your browser with Shift + Reload.

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Actually this is a caching issue that occurred after the recent update. Please follow the instruction below.

kindly clear the cache and hard refresh your browser with Shift + Reload. If you are using caching plugin, you need to purge the cache from your plugin option.

I am really sorry about the issue you have faced and My sincere apologies for the late reply. I have checked in both Gutenberg and classic editor. It works fine in Gutenberg, here we have a block for google map. Please follow the screenshot:
