Will it be possible to jump directly to an event from a specific category, even though there are other events on that date in a different category?

You know, I’m the one how uses your plugin for short stories. I have 5 of them each day. I also want to include a “daily tip”, so I’d make another category “tipps” with only one event every day (with yearly repeat) and jump from the submenu directly to the tip, instead of a list with only one entry.

Would that be possible? When will you release 1.6?

I got it to run. Well, a friend of mine showed me a pretty simple trick.

Every page has its own ID in the body so you can target that in your style.css. And it works fine ??

Is it possible to edit the single_event template in some way to let WP “think” it’s still on the story-site?
(I have exactly the same problem with another custom_post_type I made by myself)

It is a german site. You can see “Kurzgeschichten” which means “short stories” highlighted on the right. I put one of my stories (“Das unheimliche Haus”) to the menu. (I would hide it later) but if you click on that story, the highlight is gone :/

Is this a theme issue?

I got another problem. This is my shortcode I wrote on a single page:

[eo_events event_category="kurzgeschichten" event_start_after="Monday this week" event_end_before="Monday next week"] %event_title% [/eo_events]

Everything works fine. It displays all Events in the current week. Now I add the link to each event:

[eo_events event_category="kurzgeschichten" event_start_after="Monday this week" event_end_before="Monday next week"] <a href="%event_url%">%event_title%</a> %event_thumbnail% [/eo_events]

I got this code from your website. But it doen’t generate an actual link but displays the html-tag “< a href …>” on my site. It ignores all HTML-tags within the shortcode and just displays the tags itself. Why?

But there’s one thing I can’t get to run. I want to include the excerpt of an event in the event list. It seems there is no option for that, is it?

I tried %event_excerpt% (just a guess :-)) and %event_custom_field{excerpt}% but none of these worked as expected.

I have the same problem. I see the comment form and can leave a comment. The comment appears in the backend and I can approve it. But they won’t show up on the guestbook page.

Your questions:
– Do you have this problem for every comment you made?
No. Other comments on articles work fine.

– Did you change any setting of comment-guestbook plugin?
No. everything is default. I just re-installed it and left everything as it was.

– Can you solve the problem if you change some of the settings for the comment list output or does this have no influence?
I do not see any differences. I switched “Adjust the comment list output” on and off and played around with the list order. I do not see any changes.

– Can you see the missing comments when you temporarily remove the shortcode from the page?
No. The page is empty then.

– Which wordpress version do you use?
3.4.2

– Which php-Version do you use?
5.2.13
