@quintonv the default WooCommerce order status once an order is paid is processing, and this is what the plugin does as well, the order status will be updated to processing once payment is made.

The autocomplete order option was added for store owners that sells digital products/subscriptions and it is not enabled by default, it has to be enabled by the store owner.

I also observed the Paystack for woocommerce was last updated 6 months ago, could that be the cause of the error
No. This isn’t the cause of the error as the plugin is stable.

@dilip04 can you confirm the payment method the customer used for the initial payment for the subscription?

This order note is always added if the first payment for the subscription was not made with a debit/credit card.

Hello @alabius, can you send the link to the FOX currency switcher plugin you are using on the site.

There is an checkbox on the settings page to automatically mark order as completed.

You will need to uncheck this to stop the orders from being marked as completed once payment is made.

Can you confirm the version of WooCommerce, Paystack WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Subscriptions plugins that are installed on your site so I can do a quick test?

It seems this is an issue with the PW WooCommerce Gift Cards that is installed on the site.

Can you deacticate the PW WooCommerce Gift Cards and try again?
