I’m having exactly the same issue. I installed the Health Check plugin as per these instructions (https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/#yoast-only) and even when no other plugins are activated, I’m getting the same error as OP.

Please help! For now we will revert to the old version of the plugin.

Just to update on this… I’ve moved away from Cloudflare and disabled every single plugin, and the issue still persists. I’d appreciate it if anyone is able to shed some light on what the problem may be, please!

Thanks! I’ve tried both of those things but unfortunately it’s not changing anything. If my host offers caching, could that cause it?

After a bit more digging around I think I’ve identified the problem. I’m using the SEO redirection plugin on some of the breadcrumb trail links (I want them to point back to pages, rather than categories).

It’s been working fine but for some reason, when I change from PHP version 5.2.17 to 5.5, I get the following error:
