Hi Amir, actually its not true. The only way people can check the box you provide is only once they have signed up or logged in. If you never login or sign up you are constantly spammed ads. So lets be honest here first before you go trying to suggest there is an easy solution. Just turned on the plugin to have a look and no box to check.

Why don’t you stop telling people to start a new post and actually fix the issue so they don’t have to seek support in the first place. Basic stuff! It would actually be faster if people didn’t have to keep posting about the same error and jetpack got off there arse and fixed it. They want you to subscribe to all these bits and pieces yet there are so many problems and like this they never get fixed.

Seeing the website will provide zero help when you can’t change anything. If you wanted to test you would need to have access to the backend to turn recaptcha on and off and of course no one will provide their username and PW in a public forum so your argument is moot.

Clearly there’s an issue with your software and recaptcha 3 and I notice a number of issues with recaptcha being raised in other support topics.

The client does not want to share the website on the forum. However, seeing it would only show it as it currently operates without recaptcha as I had to turn it off for his clients to contact him. If you have a direct way (not public) I can share the domain with you I am happy to do so.

Have put in query to developer (which I am waiting on a reply) and had a good search but it does not look like they have any specific on executing php in their plugin.

So I assume unless I can execute PHP either I don’t use either yours OR their plugin?

yes I have a backup. That’s not the point which I think you have missed. The point is the flaw in the design. Clearly wasting time to go and make changes in FTP because of a flaw in the upgrade process is not what I would classify as good design and is poor process.

Totally agree. This new editor is extremely frustrating to use. Clearly they don’t listen to users.

Ok tried both 1 and 2. When I exported and then imported all worked fine.

I guess with the file is corrupt.

The error is the same type of error others have received – Import data could not be read. Please try a different file.
