I have the same issue. I re-saved permalink settings. Cleared cache. Talked with my managed Hosting (Wp-engine) and they mentioned:
It might be worth contacting them, if this is caching related there may be a specific configuration or specific pages that we need to exclude. We would not be able to exclude the whole site from the cache.
I have reached out to my Theme (Thrive Theme) and I am waiting if they have some sort of incompatibility.
Do you have any other suggestions I could try?
