Yes, all fields are required except the last one “Your final comments or thoughts”.

How do I change the labels to show that all fields are required instead of just the 2 that are required currently? Will changing the labels fix this issue?

So you corrected your issue and got it working again?

ALL fields are filled when testing out the form, that’s why I do not know why the error message keeps displaying. Try the form out for yourself to duplicate the error.

The form does not work! As stated before there is a error message when submit is clicked and no email is sent to me.

Error Message:
“Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.”

How do I fix the problem? Should I not set fields to required? Like I said, the form has been working perfectly for years and now all of a sudden it stopped working.

The form does not submit just gives the error. I have no ideal how to confirm fields.

I do have it enabled for a single page.

It works perfectly using the rich snippets tool, but it does not show up on Google search like the snippet tool shows…Do I need to wait for Google to crawl the site again?

I have removed the ‘passthru’ from disable_functions but I still receive the error below. How do I restart apache service?

Disabled Functions: ini_alter,system,passthru,shell_exec,leak,listen,chgrp,apache_setenv,define_syslog_variables,openlog,syslog,ftp_exec,posix_getpwuid,posix_getpwnam,symlink

Please enable ‘passthru’ function in php.ini!

Also, which ‘exec’ file should I remove? There are a couple, ‘shell_exec’ and ‘ftp_exec’

In the admin I just noticed a couple of errors while trying to create a product.

Loralee_H, I have the same problem as you and kelimb. What exactly did you change to solve the problem? I’m aware that every theme is different but if you could provide more insight then maybe I can resolve the issue as well.
