The css fix had no effect. I replied to the email not realizing it was a noreply. I never got a bounceback so I didn’t realize it didn’t go through.

The TEXT color on the list at the top and on the entries in the calendar.

I changed the quiz style to Rect Light and it fixed it.

I filled out the pre-sales form but uploading images generated a 200 error. I sent the message with the list of images and their sizes to see if that was the issue. Will wait for a reply.

Can someone please get back to me on this? The shop is down at the moment until I can get this resolved. Thank you.

If I make the price 0.01, I get a shipping charge calculated.

Tried the same on another item that had a price and changed it’s price from $18 to $0 and it would not calculate a shipping charge. It calculates a charge if the price is $18.

The shipping setting are UPS Ground only, pack into one box by weight, residential addresses. We use flat rate shipping but the $25 and under class has N/A in those settings.

I tested the process on the UPS site and it never asks for a total price, so it does appear that price has no bearing. It calculates shipping given the weight and dimensions.

OK, yes, recurring events is listed in the Pro Features. HOWEVER, it also mentions recurring events under the regular Features, hence, the confusion! Remove recurring events from the first list of features.

• Each calendar can be inserted in a page, post or widget shortcode.
• You can add photos to the events (all types)
• Total Calendar, Timeline, Crazy, Schedule and Full Year types each event has its own color.
• Recurring events
• Possibility to preview the theme in calendar before putting it on the page.

I entered a support question on the GoDaddy Pro system yesterday and got a similar response this morning. It appears we may be working now as well, but I am waiting to hear from the client whether all intended parties got the notification. We had 2 orders placed yesterday so I need to make sure they went through in email. Good to know you are back in business! Also good to know I was not imagining this issue!

I know this is a solicitation to buy WP Mail SMTP, which I have used other places, but it does bypass GoDaddy’s mail server. It also requires spending more money to fix this. I plan to contact GoDaddy and see what their story is today. Just wanted to share in case anyone wants to pursue this route.

Having exactly the same issue with a client. Need some assistance! All was working fine 2 days ago, and this happened before I updated the plugin. I did the update in case that was the issue, but it is still happening. Also hosted at GoDaddy.

My client has decided to move to an offsite way to show the family trees. He won’t be using this plugin going forward.
