Hi,
I’ve checked the logs which you provided. To be honest it looks like the problem is on other side – in short the other plugin is using very old version od AWS SDK – which is not compatible with new versions (one of them is being used by this plugin). Not a lot which we can do in this case :/ sorry.

Sorry for late answer. Exactly what @coolcamera mentioned. You just need to add information about ‘pages’ in configuration page of the plugin.

This is correct behaviour – unfortunately at least for now – the translate functionality will remove all kinds of HTML tags – including pictures.

Btw. But this is something which might be introduced later this year.

Please confirm that: If you log in to AWS Console and you open Polly service you can actually use the service from there.

His solution probably won’t help you – because this error message can mean multiple different thing. First of all I would advice to check if your AWS account is actually working – check if you can ‘play’ with Polly service in AWS Console. If yes, then confirm if you have got correct IAM policy assigned to your user.

Can you try to log in to AWS Console and open Polly Service and see if you can use it from there?

Truncating keys – is normal security option to increase the security. Regarding the question about the region – there is no suggestion in the documentation, because it doesn’t matter which region which you will use for Text-To-Speech functionality to work.

The plugin is working for thousands of users/sites, so I’m sorry to hear that you have got problems, but some things are hard to predict – because each WordPress env is different.
