    You could try the MyFTP plugin.
    It’s an FTP like file management plugin for WordPress. It allows an administrator to navigate all folders and files located on the server where the WordPress installation is hosted. The administrator then has the ability to “edit files on the fly”, upload files, delete or create folders and much more.

    Or if you want to try a slimmer non javascript plugin, you could try Spread This

    The previously mentioned plugin by Alex King is nice, but it can consume valuable resources (bandwith hog) with javascript functionality enabled. It’s been known to cause problems with high traffic blogs.

    Alternately you could try The Randomizer Plugin.
