I used plugin named “qTranslate”, When I uninstalled this pluign, ckeditor-for-wordpress works well.

Yes, “mediea uploader” is above editor during adding post (“Upload/Insert”).
ckeditor-for-wordpress’s version is 3.6.2.1, and WP’s version is 3.2.1.
Error content is “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘isIE’ of undefined” with Chrome console.
Firefox displays error is “tinymce is undefined” in 485 of “https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/wp-admin/load-scripts.php?c=1&load=hoverIntent,common,jquery-color,sack,schedule,wp-ajax-response,autosave,suggest,wp-lists,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-mouse,jquery-ui-sortable,postbox,post,thickbox,media-upload,editor&ver=de53ebe5662a2135e7bc7d16b16857a1”, “editorCKE is undefined” in 215 of”https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/wp-content/plugins/ckeditor-for-wordpress/includes/ckeditor.utils.js?ver=3.2.1″.

I use many other plugins. I suspect that another plugins interrupt ckeditor-for-wordpress too.
