As I can see the development version resolves the warning message.
But why the ip address of the user appears like: fe80::8489:a6d8:2d89:4f97%11 ?
I have noticed the same behavior to another plugin (si-contact-form) regarding the IP address. Maybe it has to do with the 3.5 wordpress version?
