How can one modify the reply requirements so that only name and email are required and not even shown the website optional requirement?

My blog site link is blog.srclife.org. It needs a password to get into it.

Here is what I see when I reply:
Name
email
website

I do not want the website info. and would like to delete this line. How can I do this?
