Sorry for my inactivity, I have been held up.
I ended up having to restore my whole website because I could not open any page whatsoever.
I tried it again but no luck. Your suggestion to save permalinks twice would not work because I am not able to open any page due to the re-direct loop.
I would really appreciate if we could find an answer to this one.
