Hi,

no sorry, the problem still exists. There is no problem with the Browser cache. I am clearing my cache about 20 times a day. It would have been great if this could be the solution.

I have already tried to use the Plugin “Use Google Libraries” with no success.

This is really simple: activate theme Wix –> error.
Activate other theme, e.g. Twenty Fourteen –> no error

I can’t use the Widget area in the wp-admin Backend.

Using Firefox 31.0.

Hi Support,

I have the same problem as explained on top of stevesinyard.

followed the simple instructions but the viewer just loads showing the 3 bars then nothing – I tired with your sample shoe one and still does the same?

I also tried the sampleshoe.

as I believe your issue has been resolved already)

What was the solution?
I am using MAC and most of the time Firefox, but in Safari the same.

WordPress 3.8 and Product Viewer 2.0.
