It do weird things on different browsers and devices, as pro version you can’t even edit the “Items have been added to you cart msg that appears when adding a product” who said I want that msg, I can’t find it no where to edit, now I have to find another plugin to edit that, or hard code edit it, and soon as you all have an update then what?…..
Not sure which pinned post sorry for the confusion, if we can get the sound alert to trigger every time, everything else I can either find a fix, another solution or wait on you all. I have restaurants opening in 4 1/2 to 5 hrs from now, need this working. I’m not even asking for a refund just a fix and can work out the rest, also the thing you don’t have, how can we make it im asking as a paid customer, I mainly purchased this because I thought you have mode designs than what I previously had, but what I previously had worked fine as far as functionality, I also thought you all had a custom way to connect to thermal printer…… I’m glad I didn’t spend 400 on this. I ve spent more time re going through this and have lost more money than what I paid for…..
yes sometime it will play sometimes it’s delayed, sometimes it trigger the order twice
Also test from several devices including mobile, and also as customer and shop operator, if you will
the notification preview should display and function the exact same way as the order edit page no need for the extra step in this type of environment speed is key, also the order edit page should have a back or return to orders button on it if it’s a must the shop operator have to visit that page
Also the live notification sound should ring every time there is an order, what if it gets busy , how can I set it to sound alert every time? also I made a new user and gave them all of the capab… as admin.. logged in separately to see if the notification pop up display, but it doesn’t only for admin role, I created a separate are for shop shop they wouldn’t see all admin menus, and just focus on shop but it’s not working, the print and download buttons and thank you order how can I disable that, the customer doesn’t need to see this….
Hello yes you can try for yourself here, I’m not able to get the cart working , visit https://hollywoodmediterraneancuisine.com/ then go to menu or order from dropdown, also customers can still make purchase outside of business hours? – this in no good… I also I do have that option set for ajax, plus the more plugin’s I deactivate the more worst this plugin behaves…, I am using the paid version and both are updated

note if you have pickup/delivery services disabled, customer still have to select a time, can this be optional and not required?
before there was an bug with the enable service option, so by leaving it off customers would still be able to place an order and there was no time selection for them….
Could it work as if admin have pickup/delivery services disabled, customers still can place order and it set to a default pick up time unless customer put it in notes or company contact them?
Nice to see progress keep up the great work.
Also on single product page the customer doesn’t have the option to add notes, on single product page, can the same functionality on shop page when the customer add to cart be applied to the add to cart button, they should have same functionality

Hello, had the same problem, how to rearrange the display of the form? Instead of having want to cancel a reservation as the first thing a potential customer see, make reservation or book reservation div should appear first then want to cancel reservation.
