I am trying to find the same thing but cannot find any option to do this… perhaps it was not included with this version. This is very lame!

iridiax… can you tell us which web host you switched to? I cannot take the slowness and terrible support anymore with Godaddy. I have to get this working!

So I have read this entire forum and don’t see any solutions… just a bunch of people seeing the same problem. I have been with godaddy for over a year (windows hosting) with no issues. Decided to move a WP blog over to GD hosting but first had them switch me to linux. Setup the blog and now it is unbearably slow. I cannot even maintain FTP connections anymore. I have called support and all I get is “everything is working great on our end” and “there is nothing we can do” and “it is WordPress that is causing the problem”.

I hate the idea of switching hosts but I cannot take this anymore. Anyone find a solution? My site is https://www.inspirationalparenting.com.

I know it has something to do with WordPress because I also host 3 other sites on the same webserver and they are fine. One is https://www.completereviews.net. They do not use WordPress. FTP is consistenly a problem with all sites however. Slowness is constant though worse at times. I would never say that it is even close to an acceptable speed. In fact, I just got a warning from Google that my site was too slow!
